By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

3. Product Information & Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, images, and prices of products listed on our website are accurate. However:

• Minor variations in color, cover design, or printing quality may occur.
• All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Availability of books is subject to stock; an order is confirmed only after verification by our team.

In case of any error in price or product information, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the order after informing you.

4. Orders & Payment

You can place orders through our website, WhatsApp, or official social media pages. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, address, and contact details.

Payment options may include:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Prepaid (UPI/Bank Transfer/Other accepted modes)

Delivery charges and any additional fees will be communicated to you before confirming the order and may vary based on your location.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners. Typical delivery time is between 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, local restrictions, strikes, festivals, or other factors beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and keeping your phone number active to receive delivery updates.

6. Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We strive to deliver books in good condition. Replacement/return is considered only in the following cases:

• Wrong book received
• Book received in a clearly damaged condition
• Major printing or binding defects

Conditions for replacement:

• You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos or video as proof of the issue.
• The book must be unused and in the same condition as received.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Minor printing variations or slight cover damage from transit.
• Change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction with content.
• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.

7. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, or any other valid reason. In such cases, if a payment has already been made, we will process a refund as per our internal policy.
